What happens if two or more teams finish on the same league points?

If teams finish with the same number of points, their position in the table is determined by Goal Difference (GD), then the number of Goals For (GF). If the teams still cannot be separated, then it will be Head-to-Head points between the teams. If still level then a penalty shootout will take place.

What happens if ALL THREE teams finish on the same points? Identical Results! Never HAPPENED in 11 Seasons! 

If all the teams finish on same number of points, their position in the table is determined by:

Goal Difference (GD)
Number of Goals Scored (GF)
Fair Play Points (Red Card 3 Points & Yellow Card 1 Point) 

If still level, then a SUDDEN death penalty shootout will take place in order out of the hat as follows:

1 - Team 1 Penalty (Team 2 Goalkeeper) 
2 - Team 2 Penalty (Team 3 Goalkeeper) 
3 - Team 3 Penalty (Team 1 Goalkeeper)
